Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1 business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

USPS Does not provide updated tracking on Priority shipping. Please note that all orders over $500.00 may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Does Not Include Weekend or Holiday Delivery.

HADENREIDBOUTIQUE.COM gladly accepts online returns on full-priced items within 7 days of package arrival for a full refund, less shipping costs.  All returned items must be in brand new condition with no alterations, odors ( sweat, perfume, smoke, pets, ETC. ), and all tags must be attached and free of any defects. HADENREIDBOUTIQUE.COM reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. Final sale items listed cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions

To get started on a return, please text us at 813.873.1700 and include your name and order number. 

Once you receive your return label please securely package the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the address received. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 

We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we recommend insuring your package. 

Important:  All Returned Items Must Be In Brand New Condition With No Alterations, Odors ( Sweat, Perfume, Smoke, Pets, ETC. ), And All Tags Must Be Attached And Free Of Any Defects. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Replacement Policy: Standard exchange- Once we receive your item for an exchange, we will send your replacement item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Refund Information: All refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Updating Account Information

At the top of your page, click on to My Account, login to registered customers. Make the necessary changes to your account, ( i.e. email address, billing address, password, etc.). Once you have edited these changes click on add/save and your account will automatically update.
